Overview¶
The Coffeepedia knowledgebase organises coffee knowledge into eleven primary domains, each linked to a dedicated Map of Content (MOC). The domains cover the full arc of coffee from biological origin through production, transformation, and service: the coffee plant and its genetics, origins and terroir, processing, roasting, brewing and extraction, water chemistry, sensory evaluation, quality control, equipment, café business and operations, and professional development.
