Overview¶
The Coffee Knowledge Base is the organisational structure of the Coffeepedia encyclopedia, mapping the full domain of coffee knowledge across eleven subject areas: plant botany and genetics, origins and terroir, coffee processing, roasting science, brewing and extraction, water chemistry, sensory evaluation and cupping, quality control, equipment, café business and operations, and professional development. Each domain is covered by a primary Map of Content (MOC) that links to the relevant encyclopedia articles.
