Specialty Coffee Association MOC¶
The Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) is the primary international body for the specialty coffee industry. It establishes technical standards for water, green grading, extraction, and sensory evaluation; administers the Coffee Skills Programme across six certification pathways; and organises the industry's major events, including SCA Expo and World of Coffee.
