AST Sensory Analysis is the sensory skills pathway within the Authorised SCA Trainer (AST) certification programme. This qualification enables coffee professionals to officially teach SCA Sensory Skills courses at Foundation, Intermediate, and Professional levels, and to issue official SCA certifications to students.
