Hario V60 MOC¶
The Hario V60 is a conical pour-over brewer characterised by its 60-degree cone angle, spiral internal ribs, and single large drain hole, which together give the brewer a fast flow rate and demand precise, controlled technique to achieve even extraction. It is one of the most widely used manual brewers in specialty coffee and serves as a standard reference method for filter coffee technique. This MOC organises all V60 knowledge from brewer design through technique, optimisation, and comparison with other pour-over methods.
