Overview¶
Koppi is a Swedish specialty coffee roaster and café based in Helsingborg, founded in 2007 by Charles Nystrand and Anne Lunell; it is a significant contributor to the Nordic specialty movement, known for transparency in sourcing, precise light roasting, and active competition involvement. Anne Lunell won the 2009 European Cup Tasters Championship, and Koppi's work in producer relationship-building and quality transparency has made it an influential model for Nordic specialty roasters.
