Cold Brew Negroni

A bold, bittersweet riff on the Italian classic, with cold brew adding depth and smoothness.


Ingredients

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • ½ oz sweet vermouth
  • ½ oz cold brew concentrate
  • Orange peel (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Add gin, Campari, vermouth, and cold brew to a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until well chilled (about 30 seconds).
  3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  4. Garnish with an expressed orange peel.

Tips

  • Use strong cold brew concentrate for best results.
  • Adjust vermouth/cold brew ratio to taste.
