Cold Brew Negroni¶
A bold, bittersweet riff on the Italian classic, with cold brew adding depth and smoothness.
Ingredients¶
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz Campari
- ½ oz sweet vermouth
- ½ oz cold brew concentrate
- Orange peel (garnish)
Instructions¶
- Add gin, Campari, vermouth, and cold brew to a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until well chilled (about 30 seconds).
- Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- Garnish with an expressed orange peel.
Tips¶
- Use strong cold brew concentrate for best results.
- Adjust vermouth/cold brew ratio to taste.
