Carajillo

A Spanish-Mexican favourite — espresso meets Licor 43 for a sweet, aromatic finish.


Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1½ oz Licor 43 (or brandy)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
  2. Pour Licor 43 over the ice.
  3. Slowly pour espresso on top.
  4. Stir gently and enjoy.

Tips

  • Licor 43's vanilla-citrus notes complement espresso beautifully.
  • Serve as a digestif after dinner.
