Carajillo¶
A Spanish-Mexican favourite — espresso meets Licor 43 for a sweet, aromatic finish.
Ingredients¶
- 1 shot espresso
- 1½ oz Licor 43 (or brandy)
- Ice
Instructions¶
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Pour Licor 43 over the ice.
- Slowly pour espresso on top.
- Stir gently and enjoy.
Tips¶
- Licor 43's vanilla-citrus notes complement espresso beautifully.
- Serve as a digestif after dinner.
