Sprudge is a specialty coffee news and culture publication founded in 2009 by Jordan Michelman and Zachary Carlson in Los Angeles. It is one of the most widely read English-language specialty coffee media outlets globally, covering café openings, competition results, industry news, barista culture, and origin travel through a voice that is both informative and distinctly irreverent.
